Section 1 — Scope

These terms of use apply to the use of the yappidoo web app. yappidoo is a private, non-commercial project that helps families coordinate playdates for their children.

Section 2 — Use

• Use is restricted to custodial parents and legal guardians
• Each user may create only one account
• False information is not permitted
• The app is intended solely for coordinating playdates

Our privacy policy explains which data we process while you use the service and how we run privacy-preserving web analytics.

Section 3 — Protection of children

yappidoo takes the protection of children's data very seriously. Only data about your own children may be entered. Use by minors without parental supervision is not permitted.

Section 4 — Liability

The operator is not liable for user-generated content. The app facilitates contacts between families; the families involved are solely responsible for any playdates that actually take place.

Section 5 — Termination

Users may delete their account at any time in the profile settings. The operator may suspend accounts in the event of breaches of these terms of use.

Section 6 — Changes

The operator reserves the right to amend these terms of use. Users will be notified by email.
